Mytilineos announced on Tuesday its intention, taking into account market conditions, to proceed with the issuance of a common bond loan, for a total capital amount of up to 500,000,000 euros and with a minimum issuance amount of 300,000,000 euros, with a duration of seven years.
in accordance with the provisions of articles 59-74 of Law 4548/2018, as in force, and any provisions of Law 3156/2003 that remain in force following the entry of Law 4548/2018 into force and with the offering of the bonds of the Bond Loan (the “Bonds”) to investors in Greece by way of a public offering (the “Public Offering”) and with the admission of the Bonds to trading in the Fixed Income Securities Segment of the Regulated Market of the Athens Exchange.
The Annual Regular General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company, held on June 1, 2023, decided, among others, to distribute a diend of 1.20 per share. The final diend amount that will be paid out stands at 1.2400060054 euros per share, increased by the diend corresponding to 4,610,062 own shares that will be held by the company on June 27, 2023 (ex-diend date). Payment of the diend to the beneficiaries shall commence on July 3, 2023.
