Investments of 250 million euros in Greece

Ειδήσεις Ελλάδα

Ten Brinke Hellas is planning to increase investments in the coming period, the company’s managing director, Fotis Gioftsios, said during the 24th Prodexpo.

The investments approved by the group of the company which remains strictly a developer (builds and sells) for the period 2024–2025 will reach 250 million euros with their value as a final commercial product reaching 1 billion euros. In 2022, investments totaled around 100 million euros, while this year it is estimated that it will be around 150 million euros.

Ten Brinke Hellas develops residential, logistics, offices, tourist accommodation, commercial properties and retail parks.

It has been active in Greece since 2008, more intensively since 2016 and has built properties throughout the Greek territory in a total area of 617,900 sq.m.

Today it has 19 active construction sites (8 commercial and 11 residential), while the construction sites planned for next year will more than double, reaching 30, and will concern real estate development of all categories (residential, logistics, offices, hotels and commercial).

Responding to a related question, Gioftsios noted that the Ten Brinke group (based in the Netherlands) does not wish to be listed on the stock exchange because it does not need to attract shareholders. “We are a financially robust group, with 120 years of know-how, with parallel activity in different economies throughout Europe. Even during the capital controls (June 2015 – September 2019), at a time when several developers were inactive, we had projects in progress,” he noted.
