Αυτό το tier ονομάζεται Ultimate Ad-Free και προσφέρει τέσσερις ταυτόχρονες ροές, έως και 100 λήψεις εκτός σύνδεσης και περίπου οκτώ φορές περισσότερες ταινίες και επεισόδια περιεχομένου 4K UHD από την προηγούμενη υπηρεσία HBO Max, συμπεριλαμβανομένων δημοφιλών τίτλων όπως Game of Thrones, Harry Potter, Τριλογία Lord of the Rings, Τριλογία The Dark Knight, The Matrix και The Last of Us.

Τόσο το Max Ad-Lite όσο και το Max Ad-Free προσφέρουν δύο ταυτόχρονες ροές, ανάλυση 1080p και ποιότητα ήχου surround 5,1. Στη φθηνότερη έκδοση θα βλέπετε διαφημίσεις και δεν θα έχετε επιλογή λήψης περιεχομένου για μελλοντική προβολή, ενώ η Ad-Free περιλαμβάνει 30 λήψεις εκτός σύνδεσης και καμία διαφήμιση.
Το Max είναι διαθέσιμο μόνο στις Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες για την ώρα. Η Warner Bros. σχεδιάζει να επεκτείνει τη διαθεσιμότητα της ανανεωμένης υπηρεσίας ροής της στις διεθνείς αγορές, ξεκινώντας από τη Λατινική Αμερική αργότερα το 2023, ακολουθούμενη από επιλεγμένες χώρες σε όλη την Ευρώπη και την Ασία το 2024.
